Microsuction completed at my clinic in Kingsteignton costs £55, a triage fee of £20 is payable if microsuction is not required. A Home visit appointment costs £85, for home visits, a triage fee of £25 is payable if microsuction is not required.

Normally clients can be seen within a week of their initial enquiry.

The actual procedure can take anywhere between 5 and 40 minutes depending on the amount and texture of the wax that is being removed.

Ideally I ask that olive oil drops/spray are put into the affected ear canals 3-4 days before the appointment. Any other ear drops can make the problem worse so I advise against their use prior to the appointment unless advised to do so by a GP. Never use cotton buds to try and clear the ear canals as they only push the wax deeper into the canals and cause it to become more compacted and consequently more difficult to remove.

The clinic is located in Broadway Road in Kingsteignton. I give detailed directions to clients prior to their appointment and there is free level parking right outside.
